Jackson's General Opening soon!

Well, after 5 months of grinding, we're about to open our new retail store venture, called Jackson's General, located at 1490 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC, next to the The White Spot!  It has been an adventure and big learning experience for me; navigating City Hall and getting a building permit, lining up trades, inspectors, delays and money but it is really happening. 

Target open is September 14th but in all honesty we might have to push a few days. I am so excited to partner with a plethora of AMAZING local and independent suppliers, offering up Home & Gift, grooming products, retro candy, books, amazing accessories and clothing (a lot of EAST VAN STUFF), flops, undies, shades, specialty foods (prepared and frozen), not to mention soaps, candles, kitsch junk and more.   

I am forever thankful to so many people who have helped me get to today.  I will share all those names with a bigger post after opening. Stay tuned for the GRAND OPENING!
